Creative Sessions for Workplaces

Give your team time to step away from their screens, try something different and enjoy creating together.

I bring relaxed painting and mark-making sessions to workplaces and other suitable venues in Norfolk. With gentle guidance and plenty of freedom, colleagues can explore colour, experiment and connect away from their usual tasks.

No painting experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to produce a perfect picture.

What will we do?

We’ll begin with simple, playful mark-making exercises to help everyone settle in and explore the materials.

From there, participants can experiment with colour, layers and different painting tools, creating their own pieces at their own pace.

I’ll share ideas and techniques throughout, encouraging everyone to follow their curiosity. The focus is on enjoying the experience rather than comparing results.

If you would prefer a shared activity, my Pass the Painting workshop offers a collaborative alternative where paintings move around the group for each person to develop.

What’s included?

All paints, tools and painting materials are provided, with surfaces chosen to suit the agreed activity.

For individual painting sessions, heavyweight watercolour paper is included. Canvas panels can be discussed as an optional upgrade.

Participants can keep what they create. For collaborative sessions, the finished paintings can be displayed together in your workplace or shared among the team.

Who is it for?

Workplace teams looking for a welcoming creative activity as part of a wellbeing day, team gathering or staff celebration.

Sessions welcome complete beginners as well as those who already enjoy making art. There is no expectation to discuss personal experiences or explain the meaning behind a painting.

How long does it last?

A two-hour session gives your team time to settle in, explore and create.

What space do we need?

I can come to your workplace or another suitable venue in Norfolk arranged by you.

We’ll need tables, chairs, access to water and enough space for everyone to work comfortably. We can discuss table and floor protection, access arrangements and any participant needs before booking.

Please allow access before and after the session for setup and packing away.
